Bohol is the place where you’ll find big-eyed creatures called Tarsiers! But not only that. You can also see and discover many other things in Bohol. If you don’t want to spend the night there, you can just tour the island province in just one day (just like what we did on our 2nd visit there). You can ride a fast craft via Tubigon or Tagbilaran, either way you would still arrive in Bohol.
When we visited Bohol the second time around, we toured it and went to many places. We left Cebu at 7am via Lite Shipping for Tubigon and arrived there around 10am since our boat left late. When we arrived in Tubigon, we rented a van that would take us around the whole day. (It’s cheaper if you rent a van on the day you arrive Bohol, there’s no need to worry because there will be a lot of vans waiting for passengers in groups.)
Our first stop was Danao (the Extreme Adventure Tour) which is a MUST to first timers! E.A.T offers suislide, rappelling, river trekking, the Plunge, sky ride, caving and a lot more. After my experience, I say that you should DEFINITELY try “the Plunge” or your trip wouldn’t be complete!

Our second stop was the bamboo hanging bridge in Sevilla and there were many people when we went there. The entrance fee to this spot is only Php10. This has become a tourist attraction because it’s quite an experience when crossing this kind of bridge because you can feel it swaying and it feels scary.

Our next stop was the Man-made forest in Bilar.

Next was the Tarsier Sanctuary where you’ll find cute big-eyed creatures!

Then, we visited Prony, the longest and heaviest python in captivity but we didn’t get to touch him or anything because its owner wasn’t around and Prony was hibernating. Instead we watched Marimar, Prony’s caretaker, perform!

Our second to the last stop was Baclayon church and museum and traditional houses. We didn’t get to go in because we were all wearing inappropriate attires. (haha!)

Finally, our last stop was the Sandugo blood compact where it had a nice view over the Bohol sea.

Then, we had dinner at a “Sugba-sugba” place. The food was great and good!

After, our driver dropped us at the port of Tagbilaran where we took Supercat ferry at 7:20pm for Cebu :)
Boracay is definitely one of the places you should visit either with your friends, family or maybe both. It is known for its white soft beach, fun activities and wild nightlife. If you love the beach, I recommend that you visit Boracay Island.
My last visit to Paradise was the summer of 2008 which I enjoyed with my friends. It’s very easy to get around Boracay. Upon arriving Caticlan airport, you can ride a tricycle that will take you to the port where you can ride a boat going to Boracay island and ride another motorcycle to your resort.
In 5 days, we got to ride the Banana Boat under the beautiful sunset, (I suggest you also try their ATV, para-sailing, and fly fish)

try their nightlife -drinking!,

island hopping and snorkeling,

and food trippin- Ice monster, crepes St. Michel, sugba, buko juice.

Although we didn’t get to try all the activities, it was definitely one of the best vacation ever:)

Look at you.
You’re young. And you’re scared.
Why are you scared?
Stop being paralyzed. Stop swallowing your words.
Stop caring what other people think.
Wear what you want. Say what you want.
Listen to the music you want to listen to. Play it loud as fuck and dance to it.
Go out for a drive at midnight and forget that you have school the next day.
Stop waiting for Friday.
Live now. Do it now.
Take risks. Tell secrets.
This life is yours.
When are you going to realize that you can do whatever you want? :)
